Partner Vetting
Thank you for your interest in The Cleaning Network. This page contains everything you need to apply to join our network. We appreciate this may take around 15-20 minutes to complete, but we work with trusted cleaners across the UK and maintain very high standards that we can then sell to potential customers for your services.

You can find our general and service specific terms & conditions below. Once you have read our terms you can move onto our joining application form.
Minimum Requirements
- You must hold full public liability insurance of at least £1,000,000
- We must be able to verify your business online (a Facebook page or website etc)
- Be able to provide proof of address for yourself or your Ltd company
- You must complete our vetting form
General Terms & Conditions
- All individuals must pass our vetting process to be able to join our network of cleaners.
- The Cleaning Network reserves the right to reject any application at any stage of the joining process.
- You must complete the vetting form in full in order to be accepted.
- The Cleaning Network will ask for specific information to be provided including names, addresses, insurance documents, proof of address etc in order to complete your application. These will be stored in line with our privacy policy.
- The Cleaning Network expects a high standard of service from our partners, we are looking for like minded individuals and businesses who share our pride in high standards.
- Your insurance policy must cover a minimum public liability value of up to £1,000,000.
- We must be able to find your business online. This may include a Facebook page, website, Check-A-Trade profile etc.
- Vetting is usually completed within 48 hours of application.
- The Cleaning Network will contact you within 48 hours of application to let you know if you have been approved as a cleaning partner.
- Once you are accepted, we will send you service specific information so we can begin onboarding.
- Before onboarding can begin, you will need to pay any setup invoices issued. These fees will be discussed before if they are applicable to your service.
- Onboarding may take up to 7 working days as we set each individual service up before we begin generating customers or leads.
- We will require further information about your specific services before we can begin onboarding that service to our network. You do not need to onboard all of your services at the beginning. You can choose to add and remove services later on.
Complaints About Us
- If you have a complaint, please call us on 07940 249153 to speak to a member of our team.
- We will try to resolve and respond to complaints within 5 working days. Sometimes any issues that arise can be corrected over the phone.
- If you are hard of hearing, you are welcome to send a WhatsApp or Text Message instead. Alternatively, email us at info@thecleaningnetworkenterprise.co.uk.
Complaints About Your Service (From Customers)
- We appreciate that not everyone will be happy with your service regardless of how hard you have worked, and sometimes mistakes do happen.
- Any complaints referred to us from a customer we have found you will be referred to you directly. We will give them your contact number & email address you have provided us.
- We will apologise to the customer on your behalf before they make contact with you. If we are aware you offer a guarantee, then we will let them know to help calm them before they approach you with their complaint.
- If we receive a large number of complaints, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel your service from The Cleaning Network at any time.
- Negative reviews on social media or Google are not tolerated and may result in immediate cancellation or suspension of your service as this can have a significant impact on our business as a whole. However, we review this on a case-by-case basis (we know not everyone is a happy person).
- We do occasionally send special offers and information about our new services to our cleaning network partners.
- You can opt-in for these marketing emails during our application process and opt-out at any time.
- We occasionally send business updates to all of our partners. This is to provide you with up-to-date information about the business (such as business holidays or changes to Terms & Conditions).
- Please email us at info@thecleaningnetworkenterprise.co.uk if you wish to cancel or pause your service with us.
- If you cancel your service and wish to restart in the future, you will have to pay any sign-up costs associated with joining and reapply through our vetting process.
- You can also pause your account if you wish to do so. There is no penalty for this when you wish to restart.
- The Cleaning Network can cancel your service without notice or reason and at any time.
If you only accept GoCardless
If your company only uses GoCardless to take payments we may still be able to help. However, we have specific terms & conditions relating to this.
- We do not sell the customer GoCardless as part of your service.
- We cannot sign up any new customers to GoCardless, this is down to you.
- We will send you the customers details as normal, it will be up to you to convert them to use GoCardless.
- We cannot offer a refund or credit if the customer refuses to sign up to GoCardless to pay and wishes to cancel due to this reason.
- If a customer cancels, we speak to them directly to find out the reason. We will confirm with them directly why they have cancelled before their service has commenced.
Specific Service Terms & Conditions
General Terms
- Our online canvassing service in an on-going service which is designed to generate you new customers over a long period of time, helping you build and develop your business at a reasonable pace.
- We cannot guarantee you a set amount of new jobs per week.
- We require you to submit a minimum pricing spreadsheet which we will provide you during our onboarding process.
- We expect you to accept at least 90% of the jobs that we generate for you.
- The customers we get you have approached us directly for a window cleaning quote and have accepted the quote given to them based on your own pricing structure.
- Once we agree a quote with a new customer, we will send you the basic details of the job including:
– Postcode
– Type of house
– Number of bedrooms
– If it has a conservatory or extension
– If there is parking or any access issues
– How often they have agreed their windows to be cleaned
– The quote they have been given
– How much the customer will cost you
– Any additional notes - You must reply to the email within 24 hours if you accept or reject the new customer.
- If you reject the customer, please let us know why.
- Once you accept the customer, you will be automatically issued an invoice and your GoCardless will be charged.
- You will then be sent the customer’s full details including:
– Their address
– Their phone number
– Their email address
– Full details of the job - We suggest contacting the customer ASAP to reduce the chance of cancellations.
- If the job is a one-off, we charge a flat rate of £5 for the job.
- Some jobs require a visit for a quote (especially commercial work). We will send you an email with some basic details, we charge a flat rate of £5 for jobs that require a visit to quote.
- We guarantee the first clean for every job. The customer has pre-agreed the frequency & price.
- If the customer cancels before the first clean, let us know. We will make contact with the customer to confirm and then issue a credit for the value of the job. We do not issue cash refunds, the credit will be used towards your next customer.
- You will need to setup GoCardless to pay for your new customers.
- You will be issued an invoice after accepting a customer.
- The invoice will charge your GoCardless automatically for the full amount of the invoice.
- We cannot accommodate ‘first clean’ pricing.
- Every job we get you is charged at 1.5x the quoted price.
- We charge you a minimum of £15 per accepted job.
- We provide you with access to a CSV in your cleaning software’s format. This is updated automatically when we send your new customers’ details.
- You will get your own advertisement in your area. All jobs generated through your advert are allocated to your business only.
- We create a personalised email with you that we send all of your new customers to bridge the gap between use confirming your quote and you getting in touch to arrange their first clean.
- In certain circumstances we can offer exclusive area rights.
- Your company must fulfil a certain criteria to be able to access exclusive area rights, and we must not be currently offering our services to other window cleaners in that area.
- If accepted, you will be charged 1.8x per accepted job for standard online canvassing services. You will be charged 2.3x on Speed Canvassing services.
- You will need to accept all work automatically, and will be charged on a weekly basis via GoCardless.
- We will not work with any other window cleaners in your selected area until the exclusive area agreement comes to an end.
General Terms
- We offer Speed Canvassing on weekends between March and September.
- Speed Canvassing lasts Friday to Monday. All leads generated within those days are classed as ‘SpeedLeads’.
- All ‘SpeedLeads’ are charged at 2x the quoted value.
- ‘SpeedLeads’ which covert up to the following Sunday
- ‘SpeedLeads’ which convert after 7 days (Tuesday the following week) will be charged at the normal rate of 1.5x.
- You must pre-book a Speed Canvassing weekend with at least 2 days notice.
- We will always try to accommodate your request for this service, but there may be weekends where we are unable to do it.
- If there is nationwide poor weather forecast for your booked weekend, we reserve the right to move or cancel your speed canvassing weekend in order to help you generate as many customers as we can for you.
- You can set a work value limit of a minimum of £100. This means over we have gotten you £100 of work (our fee would be £200) we will stop generating you any additional work.
Deposit Terms
- You will need to pay a £100 deposit when booking this service.
- This deposit is used towards the work that we generate you.
- If we cancel the service before it starts, this deposit will be fully refunded.
- If you wish to cancel your service you will receive the following amount back for your service:
– 7+ days notice = £100 refund
– 2 – 6 days notice = £50 refund
– 0 – 1 days notice = £0 refund - We are happy to postpone your service for up to 4 weeks with no penalty if you give us at least 48 hours notice before your service begins.
Work Terms
- You must accept 100% of the work we generate for you, unless it is out of the agreed area.
- The only limitations is if you do not do flats and/or upper floor flats, which we can filter out.
- We only guarantee the first clean, we always agree a frequency with the customer, it is down to you to keep them on after the first clean.
- One-off jobs will be charged at £5 as standard.
- If a customer cancels before the first clean, we will make contact with them to confirm their cancellation. Once we get confirmation, we will issue a cash refund for the job.
- If a customer cancels because of poor service (including taking too long to arrange a clean, or not turning up) you will not be eligible for a refund on that job.
- We will finish advertising at 9pm on the Monday and conclude contacting all leads in the following couple of days.
- You will be invoiced and charged once per week until 7 days after the last day of the speed canvassing (to cover the last leads to we need to get in touch with and convert).
- We suggest contacting your new customers as soon as you can to reduce the risk of cancellations due to time past (which is non-refundable).
- The customers details will be sent by email as soon as they are booked in on our end and also in a CSV format in the format of your planning software (Squeegee, Aworka, Cleaner Planner etc).
General Terms
- Gutter Cleaning & Clearance Lead Generation is on a ‘Lead-Only’ basis.
- You will receive a lead containing a name, telephone number and email address of a lead who has expressed a direct interest in having a quote for their gutters to be cleared and/or cleaned.
- You will receive an SMS instantly after someone submits their details.
- You will also receive an email instantly after someone submits their details.
- We make a quick check once a lead is received to make sure it is valid. If we find an unusual name, telephone number or email address and suspect it is not a legitimate lead, we will add another lead to replace it with no charge to yourself.
- You need a minimum radius of 12 miles for gutter clearance and cleaning lead generation.
- Although we guarantee these leads are people looking for a quote for gutter cleaning/clearance, we do not guarantee they will answer your calls/email. We do suggest trying to make contact as soon as possible to increase the likelihood of conversion.
Pricing & Payment
- We have 3 packages for gutter clearance and cleaning leads:
– Trial package – 5 leads for £50 (£10 per lead)
– 10 leads for £120 (£12 per lead)
– 20 leads for £200 (£10 per lead) - Payment is made upfront before we begin generating leads.
- You can only use the trial leads once.
Trial period
- We always begin on a trial basis just to ensure that the leads you receive are of a good quality and that we can get leads within a reasonable amount of time.
- If we cannot get your 5 leads as part of the trial within a reasonable amount of time we will refund you the difference at £10 per lead.
General Terms
- Conservatory Cleaning Lead Generation is on a ‘Lead-Only’ basis.
- You will receive a lead containing a name, telephone number and email address of a lead who has expressed a direct interest in having a quote for their gutters to be cleared and/or cleaned.
- You will receive an SMS instantly after someone submits their details.
- You will also receive an email instantly after someone submits their details.
- We make a quick check once a lead is received to make sure it is valid. If we find an unusual name, telephone number or email address and suspect it is not a legitimate lead, we will add another lead to replace it with no charge to yourself.
- You need a minimum radius of 12 miles for gutter clearance and cleaning lead generation.

– 10 leads for £140 (£14 per lead)
– 20 leads for £240 (£12 per lead) - Payment is made upfront before we begin generating leads.

- We always begin on a trial basis just to ensure that the leads you receive are of a good quality and that we can get leads within a reasonable amount of time.
- If we cannot get your 5 leads as part of the trial within a reasonable amount of time we will refund you the difference at £10 per lead.

- Pressure Washing Lead Generation is on a ‘Lead-Only’ basis.
- You will receive a lead containing a name, telephone number and email address of a lead who has expressed a direct interest in having a quote for their gutters to be cleared and/or cleaned.
- You will receive an SMS instantly after someone submits their details.
- You will also receive an email instantly after someone submits their details.
- We make a quick check once a lead is received to make sure it is valid. If we find an unusual name, telephone number or email address and suspect it is not a legitimate lead, we will add another lead to replace it with no charge to yourself.
- You need a minimum radius of 15 miles for gutter clearance and cleaning lead generation.
